From invite to gate
Everything between “save the date” and “you're in”
No printed cards to chase, no guest list on paper at the gate, and no one walking in on someone else's invite.
An invitation page with RSVP
Date, venue and map, programme, dress code and gift details on one link, with an RSVP form.
Personal QR passes on WhatsApp
Every guest gets their own pass, showing their name, how many it admits and their table. Send it with one tap.
Import your guest list
Upload a CSV from Excel or Google Sheets, or add guests one by one. We flag the rows we skip.
Check-in that works offline
The guest list is saved on each usher's phone, so scanning keeps going when the network drops.
As many gates as you need
Each gate has its own link and PIN for its ushers, and every gate checks the same guest list.
Know who has arrived
See invited, coming, not coming and checked in, live, while the party is going on.
How it works
Three steps to a calm gate
- 1
Create your event
Add the date, venue, programme and dress code, and choose how guests RSVP.
- 2
Send personal passes
Import your guest list and send each guest their QR pass on WhatsApp, with their table and party size.
- 3
Scan them in at the gate
Ushers open the gate link on their phones. Green means admit, with the name, +1s and table on screen.

FAQ
Event questions
How much does it cost?
Up to 25 guests is free. Bigger events pay once per event: Classic (up to 150 guests) ₦25,000, Premium (up to 500 guests) ₦60,000, Grand (up to 1,500 guests) ₦150,000. Planners can buy a planner pack of 5 Premium events for ₦250,000. Prices are VAT inclusive.
How do guests get their QR pass?
Import your guest list from a CSV file or add guests one by one. Every guest gets a personal pass link that you send on WhatsApp with one tap. The pass shows their QR code, how many people it admits and their table.
Does gate check-in work without internet?
Yes. Ushers open the gate link on their own phone and enter a PIN. The guest list is saved on the phone, so scanning keeps working when the network drops, and check-ins sync when it's back. A pass can't be used twice: a second scan shows ALREADY USED.
Can guests RSVP?
Yes. The invitation page has an RSVP form, and your dashboard shows who's coming, who isn't and who hasn't replied.
Can I have more than one gate?
Yes. Add a gate for each entrance and share each gate's link and PIN with its ushers, in separate messages so a forwarded chat can't open your gate.
What happens to guest data after the event?
Guests' phone numbers and emails are deleted 90 days after the event and names are reduced to initials, in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act's data minimisation principle.
Can I pay by bank transfer or USSD?
Yes. Pay by card, bank transfer or USSD through Paystack. Prefer not to save a card? Prepay for your plan by transfer or USSD from your billing page. Event packages are one-off payments, so transfer and USSD always work.
